My meeting last night.

It doesn't get anymore frutsrating that this. I have only been weighing in every three or four weeks. The last time I had weighed in, I had finally lost three pounds. It put me down where I was before, but at least the scale was moving in the right direction.

Since then, I have been working hard. Staying within my points. Getting in exercise. I walked/run 16 miles last week.

I weighed in last night. I am back up the three pounds. I almost cried.

Listen to me Tancy, I was in the exact same boat that you are in right now. I was going to Weight Watchers last year, and I got so frustrated! I would eat like a
W.W model. I ate my veggies and fruit, drank the milk and water, excercised, the whole 9 yards!! I would go to the meetings and I would lose two-tenths of a pound, or I would gain 2 pounds! My friend was going with me, and she would eat Twinkies and Cheetohs. No fruit or veggie would cross her lips, but at the meetings she would lose 5 pounds!
1. You have to make sure that you are drinking the water. I have a glass bottle in my hand with water or water flavored with Crystal Light in my hand at all times. I make a goal to drink so much before a certain time of the day. I also have started drinking Green Tea-that has made a huge difference. Green Tea is supossed to speed up your metabolism.
2. You might be creating muscle with all your walking and running, which might attribute to the gain. I know that sounds wierd, but it happens. . .
3. Sometimes, I think that W.W makes you more obsessed with your weight. Follow the plan, but relax. The important thing is that you are changing your lifestyle. Don't let the scale rule your life!
I never struggled with my weight unitl I started having kids, and I have struggled ever since. I have lost 15 pounds, but am having a time losing anymore. I hate to excercise, but I am going to try riding my bike with my boys at night-that way it won't feel like I am excercising!
Good luck, Tancy! You'll get there-you're a fighter!! SOrry for the novel; have a good week!

Thanks so much Amy.

This has been so stinking frustrating! I have had several people ask me lately if I had just lost some more, so I do think that something is happening. It is just VERY frustrating.

I know that I am not giving up. I refuse to go back. T he rest of my life is different now.

I drink buckets of water. I am staying on program completely. It just isn't coming off. It will sometime.

I hope.
